Larry Fitzgerald is a couple steps away from Canton

The legendary Cardinals wide receiver was voted as one of 15 finalists for the Pro Football Hall of Fame class of 2026.

CANTON, Ohio (KYMA) - Arizona Cardinals legendary receiver Larry Fitzgerald was selected as one of 15 finalists for the 2026 Pro Football Hall of Fame.

During his 17-year career, Larry Legend racked up 1,432 receptions, 17,492 yards and 121 touchdowns.

The only receiver that has more receptions and yards than Fitzgerald is current Hall of Famer and former San Francisco 49ers wideout Jerry Rice.

The cherry on top to his hall of fame resume is that he has more tackles (40) than dropped passes (29).

With all those stats after an illustrious career, it's not a matter of if he gets into the Hall, it's a matter of when.

The next step in his journey to Canton is trimming the 15 finalist down to seven. After that, five will be selected for induction the week of Super Bowl LX during the NFL Honors show.
