Police in Florida revives dog left behind in burning home
SANFORD, Fla. (CBS, KYMA) - Police in Sanford, Florida, rescued and revived a motionless dog trapped in a burning home in the early hours of Tuesday, December 2.
Video released by the Sanford Police Department (SPD) shows several police officers and firefighters respond to a house fire in the area of Appaloosa Court and Clydesdale Circle in Sanford.
Once the family was safely evacuated from the home, a police officer went back into the burning building to find the family's husky.

Police said it took about 30 minutes for the officer to cool, oxygenate, and revive the husky.
The Sanford Fire Department shared images of the scene and said one person sustained a minor injury in the blaze.
