UnitedHealthcare CEO murder suspect pretrial hearing postponed

NEW YORK (KYMA/ CBS) - UnitedHealthcare CEO murder suspect Luigi Mangione did not appear in court Friday due to illness.

The pretrial hearing regarding evidence will continue on Monday morning.

Mangione's defense argues the backpack Mangione wore was unlawfully searched without a warrant and should not be admitted.

More officers who arrested Mangione are expected to take the stand next Friday.
