New York celebrates 99th Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade

NEW YORK (KYMA) - New York held its 99th Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade Thursday morning.

The annual event featured 34 balloon, 28 floats, and 11 marching bands from across the country.

The parade began at Central Park West, traveling for two and a half miles, ending at Macy's Herald Square.

Among those in the parade included Cynthia Erivo, Ciara, and the K-Pop Demon Hunters cast.

The parade ended with an appearance from Santa Claus.
