O.J. Simpson’s estate agrees to pay $58 million to Ron Goldman’s father

(NBC, KYMA) - The O.J. Simpson estate has agreed to pay $58 million to the father of Ron Goldman, decades after the infamous double murder.

Malcolm LaVergne, the executor of Simpson's estate, has accepted Fred Goldman's creditor claim totaling nearly $58 million, plus ongoing judgment interest.

According to TMZ, that amount was reached after negotiations between the estate and Goldman.

Ron Goldman was killed alongside Simpson's ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, in June of 1994. He was acquitted the following year.

Simpson died last year at 76 after battling cancer.
