Dodgers fall in Game 4 clash against Blue Jays
Los Angeles lost 6-2, allowing Toronto to level the series at two games apiece
LOS ANGELES (KYMA) - The Dodgers jumped to an early lead, but would fall 6-2 to the Toronto Blue Jays, leveling the series at two in Game 4 of the World Series in Los Angeles.
Shohei Ohtani was on the mound after his historic performance at the plate in Game 3, but struggled being credited for four of Toronto's six runs through six innings.
In the bottom of the second, Kike Hernandez hit a sacrifice fly to right field to drive in Max Muncy, putting the Dodgers up 1-0.
But after that run, the Blue Jays took over. Half a frame later in the top of the third, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. went yard with a man on base to go up a run.
Later in the game, Ohtani would allow back-to-back hits leaving men on second and third, leading to a four-run seventh inning, which would propel Toronto to victory.
Game 5 will start at 5 p.m. Wednesday.
