YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - Happy Wednesday! Today is the coolest day of the week with highs in the upper 70s this afternoon. This is over 10 degrees below normal.

This evening will be another nice one with clear skies, calm winds, and cool temperatures.
TODAY is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day, and we ask the community to participate in the Wave of Light. This is where everyone lights a candle at 7:00 pm in every time zone for one hour to remember all the babies who are no longer here. Please make sure to light your candles to honor all our babies.

A lower-pressure system will continue to slowly work its way to the east, but for now, it will keep our temperatures cooler than normal, and we still will have breezy conditions at times.

Winds will pick-up a little bit for Yuma County on Thursday as winds will be coming from the north northwest with gusts up to 20- 25MPH.

Temperatures will warm-up a little bit later this week, but it will still stay in the 80s and trend cooler than normal.
