Lil Nas X charged after allegedly assaulting officers in Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES (NBC, KYMA/KECY) - Rapper Lil Nas X has been charged following his run-in with LAPD officers last week.

Lil Nas X, whose real name is Montero Hill, was charged with three counts of battery with injury on an officer and one count of resisting arrest.

Hill was found roaming the streets of Los Angeles in his underwear last Thursday while drunk. When police arrived, hill charged at them and started to throw punches.

Following the arraignment, bail was set at $75,000 and Hill must go to four Narcotics Anonymous meetings a week or enroll in an outpatient narcotics program.
