Padres represent at 2025 All-Star Game

ATLANTA (KYMA, KECY) - Three San Diego Padres have arrived in Atlanta for the 2025 Major League Baseball All-Star Game: Manny Machado, Fernando Tatis Jr., and reliever Jason Adam.
Machado said this year's All-Star environment feels as exciting as ever.
"It's a great experience for everyone," he said. "There's a lot of players with a lot of swag, bringing their swagginess to the field. I think we got a pretty good All-Star Game this year."
Tatis, reflecting on what it means to wear the San Diego name, said, "It's beautiful. I love San Diego—how the city has embraced me, how I embrace the city. I love every single detail, how the people are, how beautiful it is."
He also pointed to the franchise's history with greats like Tony Gwynn, adding, "Now moving forward, I want to take it to a higher step."
The All-Star Game will be played Tuesday night at Truist Park, with first pitch at 5 p.m. Pacific on FOX.
