Tracking humidity with drier and warmer days ahead

Humidity continues as there are still small chances for isolated showers on Tuesday and Wednesday. We will have a warming and drying trend taking over later this week.

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY-TV) - Happy Monday! After a wet day to kick off the month of June, and breaking our daily rain total record, today is humid with hot temperatures.

Moisture will be sticking around through the middle of the week as dew points will remain elevated and in the 50s and 60s.

Another round of isolated light showers are possible Tuesday night and Wednesday, but mainly favoring toward the east and north of us.

I am tracking lots of sunshine and drier conditions later this week along with a warm-up.

Temperatures are going to be warming up throughout the week, where highs will reach above-normal and in the low to mid 100s for the weekend.
