Gila Ridge softball cruises in home opener
Gila Ridge softball lights up scoreboard in a blow out win to open up their 2025 home slate.
YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Isabella Beltran scored four runs to lead the Gila Ridge Hawks to an 18-0 victory over the Valley Vista Monsoon on Monday.
Gila Ridge moves to 2-0. Valley Vista falls to 0-1.
In the first inning, Gila Ridge went all the way through the lineup and scored 10 runs. The Hawks cruised the rest of the way taking the game 18-0.
For the Hawks, Aimee Cisneros had 2 hits and scored 2 runs.
Beltran had two hits and scored the four runs.
On Thursday, Gila Ridge will play at Paradise Valley.
