Pennsylvania prison escapee caught following week-long manhunt
(NBC, KYMA/KECY) - The manhunt for escaped murder suspect Michael Burham is over. Pennsylvania State Police say Burham has been taken into custody.
Burham escaped from the Warren County Jail last Thursday night after he was charged with homicide and kidnapping.
He is a suspect in the killing of a woman in New York and is accused of abducting an older couple in Pennsylvania.
He escaped from jail on July 6 by going through a window and scaling down a rope made from bed sheets.
