KYMA

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Attorneys for two of the suspects charged with murdering a popular Somerton barber in his own garage were granted an extra 30 days to go over newly discovered evidence.

The extensions for Johnny Albert Valenzuela and Gregorio Cota were approved Thursday.

Meanwhile, Gregorio's brother, Joshua Cota was also in court.

An attorney for Joshua Cota said, "Significant progress" was made at Thursday's settlement conference and anticipates settling this matter soon.
