Warm Friday before Winter begins

The weather outside is certainly delightful on Friday both in Yuma and in the Imperial Valley. Though the first day of winter will be tomorrow, December 21, the temps this weekend will be around the high 60s.

Mostly sunny on Friday with highs in the high 60s. Overnight lows in Yuma county will lie around the mid-40s with winds traveling anywhere from 5 to 10 mph.

In the valley, highs will be around the high 60s. Overnight lows will lie in the lows 40s. Low winds are expected in the valley.

Potential showers to come in during Christmas day.
