LOS ANGELES, Calif. (KECY/KYMA) - New body-cam video of an officer-involved shooting released on Thursday by the Los Angeles Police Department shows the harrowing moment caught on video.

The incident happened in the streets of Hollywood, California back in November, three days before Thanksgiving.

Nathaniel Pinnock, 22, was shot by LAPD officers. He was later transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.

According to LAPD, Pinnock robbed an auto-body shop with a machete. Witnesses then flagged down officers patrolling the area.

The videos show one officer falling over and then the man launching himself toward him while wielding a machete. Other officers there then shot towards the man.
