Pet Talk: Meet Ryder

An adorable pup who is looking for a forever home.

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - It's time to meet our Pet of the Week. 

Meet Ryder! 

Ryder is a four-year-old neutered male pit bull terrier/Siberian Husky mix who weighs 60 pounds. 

Ryder came over from the Yavapai Humane Society in June to help find his forever home after a year spent in the shelter environment. 

He is very affectionate, loves people and, laying in soft beds. 

He is also leash trained and even knows how to sit on command. 

Ryder does get along with other dogs as long as they warm up slowly. 

Ryder needs a little more care than your average dog due to having a skin condition. 

He is also on a salmon-based diet and has spa days once a week to help his skin and fur stay hydrated and stay his handsome self.
