‘Chucky’ doll stolen from Halloween display in Michigan

LINCOLN PARK, Mich. (CNN, KYMA) - An animatronic "Chucky" doll is missing in Michigan. The terrifying doll was part of this Halloween display in Lincoln Park.

Denice Greer said it was stolen from her front yard early Sunday morning, which was caught on camera.

She said the Halloween display is beloved by the neighborhood.

"Just bring my Chucky back. You know, it's not for me. Think about the kids that you're hurting that come by here every year and enjoy the display," Greer expressed. "I do this for the neighborhood because it's a close knit neighborhood over here. That's what gives me the joy...the neighbors that come by and say thank you for putting this out. One lady told me, 'My autistic son loves it. I have to drive by here every day.'"

Greer is working with police to get Chucky back or cover the $300 loss.
