Mexican authorities arrest Utah man who kidnapped his children

SAN FELIPE, Mexico (KYMA) - A Utah man was arrested after he was accused of kidnapping his two children.

46-year-old Dane Stephen Richman was arrested in San Felipe, Mexico by Mexican law enforcement followed by an AMBER Alert issued in Utah this past weekend.

Richman is facing two counts of third-degree federal custodial interference for the alleged abduction of a 10-month-old child and a one-year-old child.

Richman was extradited and taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals, and the children will be reunited with their family soon.
