Three people involved in crash

YUMA, Ariz. - (KYMA, KECY) - Two cars crashed into each other on 24th Street in Yuma on January 18th, causing one to roll over on its side.

The on-scene lieutenant says there were no serious injuries, but the three people involved were transported to YRMC as a precaution.

Traffic was diverted down 21st Street following the crash as a Yuma Police Department lieutenant expects traffic to be cleared in 30 minutes.

The Yuma Fire Department tweeted out that this crash was one of three that happened in a span of half an hour.

They urge people to "drive to arrive", and to avoid distractions.

The white SUV had two passengers and rolled over on its side after it was hit by a Chrysler traveling west on 24th street.
