ECRMC hosts blood drive in honor of cancer warrior

EL CENTRO, Calif. (KYMA, KECY, KSWT) - For three years, Josh Holmes has battled a rare form of cancer. The El Centro Regional Medical Center (ECRMC) is hosting a blood drive in his honor.

El Centro native Josh Holmes was diagnosed with a soft-tissue sarcoma during his senior year at San Diego State University.

Since then, he's been fighting back.

On Thursday, January 16, 2020, you have the chance to help his fight with a blood drive in his honor. By using code REPLHOLJ you can give Josh credit for your donation.

From 10 am to 3pm, blood donations will be accepted in his honor at the ECRMC "bloodmobile". Donors receive a free t-shirt.
