One rescued after UTV accident

WELLTON, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Wellton Border Patrol agents rescued an injured 70-year-old man on November 26 after crashing near a camp.

The man lost control of his UTV in the Baker Mountains south of Wellton while he was traveling with a group of other riders.

Agents assisted him with an air ambulance after one of the riders called 911.

Tri-Valley EMS and a Yuma Sheriff's deputy worked with the agents to treat the man's injuries.

The man was then transported to the Yuma Regional Medical Center.
