YUMA, Ariz. ( KYMA, KECY)- COVID-19 cases in Yuma County continue to increase daily.

News 11's Carmen Valencia reached out to the Yuma Regional Medical Center for the latest numbers and see if more people are being discharged from the hospital.

As of June 8th, the total number of patients hospitalized due to COVID-19 is 86 patients with 11 others pending. The total patients in the Intensive Care Unit are 20.

There are currently 33 ventilators available, and 13 are in use.
