No word on where patient lives or where she is hospitalized

PHOENIX, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Arizona health officials confirm, the state has its third diagnosed case of the coronavirus.

The Arizona Department of Health Services announced Friday the patient is a woman in her 40's. She is currently hospitalized. Department officials say they still don't know where the woman lives. They also don't have information on which hospital is treating her.

Two previous cases both involve people in the Phoenix area.

The department says they're investigating whether the woman got infected through direct contact or through the general public.
