Eonsmoke banned from selling products in the state

PHOENIX, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Arizona's attorney general has obtained an injunction against a vaping company he recently sued. The injunction bans New Jersey-based Eonsmoke from marketing or selling any of its products in Arizona.

Attorney General Mark Brnovich sued Eonsmoke and e-cigarette giant Juul last month. Brnovich says both companies violated state consumer fraud laws and targeted teens with their products.

Juul suspended its flavored nicotine product marketing after the lawsuit was filed. However, Eonsmoke actually increased its efforts to sell flavored vape cartridges.

Eonsmoke has not commented on the injunction.
