Youngest victim to die from vaping

United States (KYMA, KECY) - Updated data on Thursday from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) shows a new victim identified as the youngest to die from vaping.

According to the CDC, as of December 31 the youngest person to die from vaping was 17-years-old.

The updated released showed a new victim identifying as a 15-year-old.

Researchers don't know exactly what is causing the injuries, but believe vitamin E acetate is the culprit.

The number of vaping related injuries appears to be declining.
