Proposed law could help migrant farmworkers pave the path to citizenship

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KSWT, KECY)- A new proposed law could impact over 40,000 migrant farmworkers in Yuma county.

That’s because this new law could help pave a path for citizenship.

“A path to legalizing thousands of farmworkers that are working undocumented," said Executive Director Emma Torres with Campesinos Sin Fronteras.
