Power outage affecting over 490 APS customers

More than 490 APS customers are without power in the area of 16th Street and Arizona Avenue Wednesday afternoon.

Arizona Public Service reported power outages at 4:34 p.m. as service was interrupted by troubleshooting issues.

The areas affected include 6th Street to 20th Street and Arizona Avenue to Lee Drive.

APS says they are working to restore power by 10 p.m. and currently have personnel on site.
