Power outage in Yuma

A power outage in Yuma has left 277 customers without electricity.

According to the APS website, the power went out at about 11:16 a.m. Monday. Power is estimated to be restored at about 3 p.m. The area where the outage happened is by Highway 95 and Avenue 5E.

APS said the outage was caused during tree maintenance at a park.

Crews are currently working on making repairs.
