Education First: Teacher Survey data released
According the the latest survey from http://www.tellarizona.org of the teachers surveyed, most felt their schools had strong leaders and that their input was valued. According to their scores Arizona schools received a “B” with regards to creating trust and a supportive environment. But, when it came to class sizes Arizona received an “F”.
The survey had an overwhelming 31-percent of teachers taking the survey; that comes out to just over 15,000 teachers. Out of those surveyed more than half are teaching veterans with 11 to 20 years in education. As in years past the main complaint still continues to be teacher pay.
