Man accused of crashing into a Yuma home appears in court

The man accused of crashing his car into a home appeared in front of a judge on Tuesday.

26 year-old Carlos Gutierrez posted a five thousand dollar bond after facing five charges, ranging from felonies to misdemeanors. Along with these charges, the judge said Gutierrez is not allowed to contact the victims involved. The judge told Gutierrez those victims requested an increase in his bond but the alleged victims did not appear in court on Tuesday. However, due to Gutierrez’s compliance with the judge’s court order, the judge agreed to leave his bond at five thousand dollars.
