Instagram testing ‘take a break’ feature

(KYMA, KECY/CNN) - In light of the backlash Instagram's parent company, "Meta" has received, it is testing a new feature to remind users to take a break.

This comes as a break for mental health.

It is also meant for people to control their time on the platform.
