Congress is requiring new cars to have systems to detect drunk or
impaired driving

(KYMA, KECY/CNN) Congress is requiring automakers for an innovative solution to safer roads.

The new innovation would be to stop drunk driving from happening.

Automakers have two years to come up with the technology.
