National Guard to stay in Los Angeles during anti-ICE protests

(KYMA, KECY/CBS) - An appeals court made a ruling Thursday to allow the Trump Administration to keep National Guard troops in Los Angeles during the anti-ICE protests.

National Guard troops have been sent to multiple locations in the United States following protests from those who are against the recent mass deportations.

On Thursday, President Trump acknowledged the effects of recent policies on the agriculture industry.

"We can't take farmers and take all their people and send them back because they don't have maybe what they're supposed to have. We're going to have an order on that pretty soon, I think," said President Trump.

Protests are planned in LA, as well as other major cities across the country, for the weekend.

Authorities have been informed and will be looking for protestors who clash with police.
