YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - On Sunday, October 23, 2022, the Arizona Clean Elections Commission will interview gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake.

Two weeks ago, the commission suspended the interview due to not securing a broadcast partner.

Previously, the commission attempted to work with PBS to hold a debate between Lake and her opponent, Katie Hobbs.

However, Hobbs refused to appear on stage with Lake, but did an separate interview with PBS.

This sent Lake's campaign in a tailspin, criticizing PBS for organizing Hobbs' interview.

As of last week, the commission found a partner in the form of KAZT/AZTV7, but had yet to name the moderator.
