Agents arrest wanted fugitive on Interstate 8

CALEXICO, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - El Centro Sector Border Patrol agents say a wanted fugitive was found and arrested on Interstate 8.

On April 14 at about 4 p.m., agents stopped a pickup truck near Ogilby exit and talked to the two people inside.

A 38-year-old woman was found to be wanted for an illegal drug trafficking probation violation.

She was then arrested and taken in for further processing while the driver was released.
