Southern California pallet yard goes up in flames

JURUPA VALLEY, Calif. (AP) — A weekend fire gutted a large Southern California pallet yard, multiple vehicles and outbuildings. Hundreds of pallets burned along with electrical poles as winds fanned the flames Sunday in the Rubidoux area of Riverside County. Firefighters finally stopped the fire’s spread late Sunday night.
