Search is on for delivery driver turned porch pirate

BERKELEY, Calif. (KYMA, KSWT, KECY) - Police in Northern California are on the hunt for a particularly brazen porch pirate. She dropped off food at an apartment complex then picked up every package in the lobby.

Berkeley police released surveillance video of the theft on Thursday. It shows a DoorDash driver enter the apartment building's lobby, and handing off a meal to a customer.

The driver then turns around, without missing a beat, and starts picking up the packages surrounding the complex's mailboxes. She even uses a postal carrying box to help her handles all the parcels.

The thief didn't seem to know, or care, that the surveillance camera was capturing her every move.

Police are still trying to track her down.
