Biden to set new vaccine mandates for millions of Americans

New mandates and an executive order to come

WASHINGTON (KYMA,KECY/AP) — President Joe Biden will announce a new federal vaccine requirement that will affect millions of Americans. This requirement is in an effort to curb the delta variant by increasing COVID-19 vaccinations.

The announcement will come Thursday requiring vaccinations or weekly tests for all employers with more than 100 workers, which is set affect about 80 million Americans.

Biden is also set to sign an executive order for all employees and contractors who work with the executive branch to require vaccinations.
