CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Bear strolls across UC Davis

DAVIS, Calif. (NBC, KYMA) - A furry and four-legged guest took a stroll through a California college campus this week.

A bear was spotted walking across UC Davis Thursday night.

A school spokesperson said police received multiple calls about the animal and the bear encountered several students over the course of about two hours.

There were no signs of aggression by the creature.

The school sent text alerts to warn students to stay away and no one was hurt, and authorities believe the bear is young and spotted multiple times in the area.
