Wildfire in Arizona forces people to evacuate from their homes

WICKENBURG, Ariz. (NBC, KYMA) - A wildfire forced people in Arizona to evacuate from their homes Monday.

Thick black smoke poured from the Jones Fire, burning northwest of Phoenix, and footage captured shows the flames burning close to the buildings.

State fire officials say they believe several structures have been destroyed.

According to Watch Duty, the fire has burned nearly 100 acres and is 0% contained, but said forward progress has stopped, as of Tuesday.
