Man in Phoenix hospital following crash involving motorcycle

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - Tuesday morning a 21-year-old man was riding a Honda motorcycle when he crashed into the back of a Toyota Scion on South Avenue 3 E next the Marine Corps Air Station.
The 21-year-old man was taken to Onvida Health and then later flown to Phoenix.
The Yuma Police Department says they believe speed was a factor in the crash.
“Please just slow down that is I guess, one of the biggest things is speed appears to be a factor in several of them, also reckless driving, weaving in and out of traffic,” said Yuma Police Department public informations officer Lori Franklin.
The 25-year-old man in the Toyota suffered minor injuries but was not taken to the hospital.
