The U.S. Senator from Arizona announced Wednesday she is backing the former Vice President

YUMA, Ariz. - U.S. Senator Kyrsten Sinema (D - Arizona) announced Wednesday that she is endorsing Joe Biden for president.

In a statement Sinema said:
“I am voting for former Vice President Joe Biden—a pragmatic, practical leader best positioned to get things done for everyday families. We certainly don't agree on every issue; I always vote for Arizona first. Vice President Biden is authentic, genuine, and has a track record of building bipartisan coalitions to achieve results. Not all candidates in this race represent those Arizona values. Joe Biden does.”

U.S. Senate Candidate Mark Kelly also announced he is endorsing Biden, just one day before Super Tuesday. Kelly will be competing to take the Senate seat away from Sen. Martha McSally, who was appointed to the seat last year following the death of Sen. John McCain.
