Migrants intending to cross into US despite immigration policies

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Although things are getting tighter at the border, there are still migrants that are pushing to cross into the United States.

I was able to speak with one migrant from Peru, Enrique Cabancho, who had a 10-day journey and was robbed just a couple of feet away from where he was trying to get.

The man stated the Mexican Police took his money, wallet and a watch he was carrying.

"I've been making my way, little-by-little, but they stole my money. I have nothing," Cabancho expressed.
