Women break barriers as Border Patrol agents

YUMA, Ariz. ( KECY, KYMA)-Five percent of the Border Patrol agents are women, according to the Washington Post.

News 11 got an exclusive inside look of the day to day duties of a Border Patrol woman in Wellton, Ariz.

Agent Maria Rodriguez has been on the force for over 10-years, patrolling the deserts of Wellton, all to serve and protect the southern border.
