| Candidate Bio | Having been raised in El Centro and attended local schools; I am a proud product of this community, and now I seek to represent you on the El Centro City Council. I seek to serve you on the Council, because I would like to see our city grow in a smart/sustainable way, ensure small business growth, and improve our public safety resources. With rising costs of living, an increase in homelessness, and lack of affordable housing and job opportunities - having a qualified leader is needed now more than ever. My professional career includes hands-on policy experience at our local, state, and federal government. These experiences have allowed me to focus on important policy issues and challenges similar to those facing our city today. The skills that I have learned will allow me to be a strong advocate for our city's prosperity & growth. My goals and values are to fight for the interests of our families and children by improving our overall quality of life. I have earned a B.A. from UCSD in Public Law & a Master’s in Public Administration from SDSU. |
