| Candidate Bio | My name is Gil Rebollar and I am an elected member of the Brawley Elementary School District. I am a life-long Brawley resident, a "Brawley Boy," who is extremely dedicated to bettering my community in any way possible. I decided to run for the BESD Board for one reason: to provide the perspective of a parent on the board. I have a daughter currently enrolled in our public elementary school system and want to ensure that she, and her classmates, are being prepared to the fullest extent in their educational careers. If any decision is not good enough for my child, it is not good enough for anyone's child. I am currently employed with the County of Imperial's Air Pollution Control District as a Administrative Analyst. I am also a proud Rotarian of the El Centro Rotary Club. |
