Yuman aiming her recipe for The Food Network

A Yuma woman is – for the second time, trying to get her cooking skills on TV.

Luz De Anda submitted her tacos to appear on the Food Network show Chopped.

She says they’re a true Yuma taco.. with inspiration from local taco stands.

Last year, her recipe places fourth out of more than 300.

This year she’s made some tweaks and is competing again.
