Yuma gift shop prepares for Valentine’s Day

YUMA, Ariz. – A Yuma gift shop is preparing to sell over 100 stuffed animals this Valentine’s Day weekend.

Ester’s Gift Shop has opened every Valentine’s Day weekend for the last six years. It’s run by two sisters that say this time on Sunday there won’t be anything left. Bears,Valentine’s Day balloons and roses are some of the merchandise customers have come to buy.

This Yuma pop-up shop sells all those items every Valentine’s day. The sisters say helping others find special gifts for loved ones makes them feel good.

“They’re looking for someone special and it’s nice to help get something for their loved ones,” Ofelia Solorio said.

Their shop is on Fourth Avenue in Yuma. Items are priced anywhere from $5 to $120.
