Officials from the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office say they don't suspect any foul play in the death of Jazmin Serrano, 19.
The discovery of her body Sunday leaves a lot of unanswered questions.
Investigators still haven't confirmed many details about her death.
The body was found in an SUV parked on Yavapai Lane Sunday afternoon.
"Upon arrival, deputies located the female in her vehicle, unconscious and unresponsive,” said Alfonso Zaval, public information officer for YCSO. “Rural/Metro arrived on scene and pronounced her deceased."
Kyle Richards just moved into the house across the street. He says the parked SUV stood out to him.
“We had seen the vehicle and thought it [was] kind of odd,” said Richards. “We actually thought it was our next door neighbor's vehicle."
Richards remembers the neighbors were having a party the night before the discovery.
“There was a party … across the street,” said Richards. "You could hear the music. You could see cause they were outside … [It] looked like they were having a good time."
YCSO officials say no foul play is suspected in the death of the 19-year-old.
The Yuma County medical examiner is working to determine the cause of death. The results of a toxicology test could take a week or longer.
