State senator don shooter's case involving an outburst at a local school will go to trial and we now know when.
The date is set for September 24th in Yuma Municipal Court, reports the Yuma Sun.
But the date could change and it's not 100-percent certain the case will go to trial.
According to a police report, Shooter barged into a local school March 22nd and demanded to speak with a teacher.
Witnesses say several teachers heard the commotion and tried to intervene and tell shooter to leave.
For his part-Shooter says his grandson was being bullied and he was acting as a concerned grandfather.
